Private Lessons | Workshops | Courses

Based on a holistic view of life, my offers are geared towards both body and mind, towards the self and the soul. Everyone is welcome, no matter whether you are a beginner or want to brush up or deepen your experience. Previous knowledge in the specific topics addressed is of course appreciated, but not at all necessary.

My style of teaching is hard to describe. After all, the "Meditalin’s" work is based on spontaneity and improvisation. She draws on a wide range of diverse methods and techniques to accommodate the specific needs of each individual or group as best possible.

The various building blocks – be they of an artistic or a spiritual nature – can be brilliantly combined as all of them serve to help us raise our awareness, enabling us to follow our path with mindfulness, serenity and grace.

As I tailor my offers to your demand, please don’t hesitate to contact me at:
art.mp@gmx.at or +43 (0) 650 5336102. I look forward to hearing from you.
